Medical Care
Care Offered
Round-the-clock medical care is provided by RGN nurses and compassionate carers the majority of whom are qualified to NVQ levels 2 and 3. All our staff are fully trained in rehabilitation and specialise in getting people back on their feet again.
Our aim is to provide the best possible care for each individual from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. Maintaining a resident's dignity and privacy is of paramount importance and independence is encouraged. We try to make Oldbury Grange a place where residents feel truly at home, whether their stay is long-term or for short-term respite care.
Care plans are prepared for each individual and frequently reviewed to reflect the changing needs of the resident. Each resident is assigned a personal carer or "key worker" to take charge of their care so that continuity of care is promoted. We work closely with residents and their relatives, holding regular family meetings, to make sure the facilities and services at the home reflect their wishes.
Oldbury Grange now offers a daycare package, to include transport if required, lunch, tea, morning activities (content will change dependant on which days the client attends), a bath and hairdressing if required. This service will cost £40.00 per day, plus extra for hairdressing.
